Khi Khởi động máy báo: "BOOTMGR is compressed. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" ?

Tối hôm trước tôi còn dùng tốt. Đến sáng hôm sau khi tôi khởi động máy thì được báo [b]BOOTMGR is compressed. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart [/b] tôi đã làm như yêu cầu nhưng không thể vào được Win. Tôi đang dùng vista Ultimate. Trên máy đang có nhiều phần mềm chuyên ngành nên không muốn cài lại WIN. Tôi phải làm sao đây. Anh em nào bít chỉ giáo dùm nhé. Thank so much.
