Mô tả sản phẩm: Phụ gia ốp lát Latex Laticrete 4237 RS (Hỗ trợ nhanh khô)
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION LATICRETE 4237 RS Rapid Thin Set Additive is a latex admix used in place of water in Portland cement/sand mixes. Tile & stones setting mortars made with LATICRETE 4237 RS Rapid Thin Set Additive are more flexible and are stronger than conventional Portland cement mortars. This strong bond is especially important when vitreous and semi-vitreous tiles are installed. Uses LATICRETE 4237 RS Rapid Setting Latex Thin-set Mortar Additive produces a mortar which exhibits excellent adhesion for bedding wall and floor ceremic tile. Tile fixing/bedding mortars made with LATICRETE 4237 RS latex additive are more flexible, highly resistant to water, weather and chemical attack, and stronger than conventional CTF/dry set mortars. A simple, economical way to provide permanent, shock and impact resistant installations.
Advantages § Non-flammable. § Increased flexibility. § Improved impact resistance.
Suitable Substrates § Concrete § Ceremic Tile and Stone § Ceremic Terrazzo § Cement Mortar Beds § Cement Plaster § Cement Backer Board § Concrete Masonry § Brick Masonry § Gypsum Wallboard*

Shelf Life Factory sealed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for two (2) years if stored at >0oC and <40oC. Limitations § Keep from freezing. § Do not use on Masonite, wood products or metal surfaces.
§ Use LATAPOXY 300 Epoxy Adhesive when installing green marble or water sensitive natural stone and agglomerates. § Adhesives / mastics, mortars and grouts for ceremic tile, pavers, brick and stone are not replacements for waterproofing membranes. When waterproofing membrane is required, use a LATICRETE Waterproofing Membrane. § Marble and other Natural Stone Flexural Strength Requirement: Where marble and other natural stone is to be installed, the substrate deflection under all live and dead loads shall not exceed L/720 (L=span length). Cautions § During cold weather, protect finished work from traffic until fully cured. § Keep out of reach of children.

3. INSTALLATION Surface Preparation All surfaces should be between 40C and 320C and structurally sound, clean and free of all laitance, efflorescence, dirt, oil, grease, loose peeling paint, concrete sealers or curing compounds. Rough or uneven concrete surfaces should be made smooth with LATICRETE® Latex Portland Cement underlayment to provide a wood float (or better) finish. Dry, dusty concrete slabs or masonry should be dampened and excess water swept off. Installation may be made on a damp surface. New concrete slabs shall be damp cured and 28 days old before application. All slabs must be plumb and true to within 6mm in 3m. Expansion joints shall be provided through the tile work from all construction or expansion joints in the substrate. Follow ANSI Specification AN-3.8 “Requirements for Expansion Joints” or TCA Detail EJ171-91 “Expansion Joints”. Do not cover expansion joints with mortar. Mixing Use 20 Liter of LATICRETE 4237 RS to approximately 65 - 70kg of LATICRETE 211 Crete Filler Powder* and mix to a smooth, trowelable consistency. Allow mortar to slake for approximately 1 minute. Adjust consistency if necessary. Remix and apply with the proper sized notched trowel. * Alternate Filler Powder: One (1) part Portland Cement and one (1) part Sand (0-0.6mm). **Actual mix ratio & field performance will depend on application methods, site condition and temperature. Application Apply mortar to the substrate with the flat side of the trowel, pressing firmly to work into surface. Comb on additional mortar with the notched side. Note: Use the proper sized notched trowel to insure full bedding of the tile. It is essential that enough mortar is used to completely cover the back of the tile with a minimum 2mm to 3mm uniform thickness. Spread as much mortar as can be covered with tile in 5 minutes. Back butter large tiles >200mm x 200mm to provide full bedding and firm support. Place tiles into place with a slight twisting motion and beat in using a beating block and rubber mallet to imbed tile and adjust level. Check mortar for complete coverage by periodically removing a tile and inspecting bedding mortar transfer onto back of tile. Grouting Grout installation after a minimum of 4 hours curing time at 21oC. Grout with LATICRETE Sanded or Unsanded Grout mixed with LATICRETE 1776 Grout admix Plus. For maximum stain resistance use LATICRETE SpectraLock Pro Stainless Grout. Cleaning Clean tools and tile work with water while mortar is fresh. |
