Lỗi trong Visual C# 2008 Express trên Win 7 hiển thị như sau: "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Build.Engine, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublickeyToken=b03f5f711d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified".

Cài xong nhưng không mở được new project và không hiện thị Toolbox và báo lỗi như trên.

Tôi mở: C:windowsassembly trên máy tính của tôi thì version là 2.0.0.0, làm thế nào để nâng cấp?
