The VS-848 is a 8x8 vertical interval matrix switcher; it features composite video and balanced stereo audio. It is a true matrix switcher able to breakaway audio signals and operate from a remote location.

Ture Matrix True matrix allows the user to route any input to any or all outputs simultaneously. Vertical Interval Switching Vertical Interval Switching enables glitch free switching when sources are referenced to the same sync signal. Breakaway Audio The audio inputs can be switched independantly from the corresponding video signal. Presets Eight preset memory locations are provided for quick access to common switching configurations. RS-232 Switching functions can be accessed via RS-232 remote control. Rackmountable This unit was designed to fit into exsisting studio rack spaces without extraneous equipment.
