Khi đóng file trong PowerPoint thấy xuất hiện thông báo lỗi "PowerPoint has encountered an error and must close" là do file VBE6.DLL trogn máy tính của bạn bị lỗi , cách thức tiến hành công việc như sau : 1. Thoát khỏi PowerPoint 2. Bạn tìm kiếm đường dẫn tới file có tên là VBE6.DLL , thông thường nó hay nằm theo đường dẫn sau : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\ 3. Bấm Start --> chọn Run --> gõ [quote]regsvr32 / u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Vba\Vba6\Vbe6.dll"[/quote] --> bấm OK 4. Đổi tên file VBE6.DLL thành VBE6.OLD 5. Khởi động PowerPoint , nếu xuất hiện dấu nhắc cài đặt --> chọn No 6. Bấm menu Tools --> chọn Macro --> chọn Visual Basic Editor 7. Nếu xuất hiện dấu nhắc Repair --> bấm Yes
