Customers are free to choose 2 recipes for each class. Please let us know which dishes you would like to prepare prior to the class

The class is taken by an English speaking chef and all the notes and recipes are included
Classes are opened on daily basis
A minimum of 2 students per class is required.
Starts 9:00 a.m: Market tour to discover the usage of Vietnamese fruits and vegetable without forgetting the multicolored exclusive spices.
09:15 a.m: Arrive at the cooking center and after refreshing, visit our culinary classes.
09:30 a.m: Prepare tools for cooking. Each student will receive a booklet with the recipes of the day,
10:30 a.m: Time to put your hands on the cooking lesson at our practice room. Each student has own table and wok. With the help of our teacher, you will learn and prepare 2 dishes of in the morning.
11h30 a.m: Time for the lunch. You can taste and enjoy own culinary creation
Starts 2 pm: The students will be welcomed with a fresh Viet herbal drink and discuss with the chef the 2 course they will prepare.
2.30 pm: The instructor can present a cookery demonstration of the dishes that you will have to prepare! Each student will receive a booklet with the recipes of the day.
3:00 pm: Time to put your hands on the cooking lesson at our practice room. Each student has own table and wok. With the help of our teacher, you will learn and prepare 2 dishes of in the afternoon.
5.00 pm: Now you can taste and enjoy your own culinary creation
