Repairs and services charges

Repair costs are calculated on a time and material basis. If the costs are lower than 40% of the new price of the device, the repair is made without customer’s approval. If costs are higher, a cost estimation will be made.

If customer orders cost estimation, he will be charged 25,- EUR.

If the customer rejects the cost estimation and the device is sent back without repair, he will be charged a flat rate of 50,- EUR

plus all additional charges that may (delivery, customs etc.) occur . These costs will not be charged if a new device is ordered instead.
