ANTISPATTER SILICON FREE FOR AUTOGEONS WELDING

Liquid concentrated antispatter, without silicone to protect the welded pieces and the torch from the spray of welding. Formulated for automatic welding plants, or to be used with a sprinkles. Not flammable and without harmful substances. It allows the following painting, chrome plating and galvanization treatments. It can be diluited in water in any proportion.

1. CHEMICAL BASE:

+ Composition: Synthetic oil, silicone free

+ Colour: Yellow clear

+ Viscosity at 25^oC: 10-100 cSt (Brookfield)

+ Resistance to temperature: -2^oC – 200^oC

+ Biodegradability: over to 80%

+ Diluibility in : water in all proportion

+ pH: 7/8

+ Not inflammable, not toxic, odourless.

2. APPLICATION 

PROTECT 700 is a liquid antispatter used to prevent the adesion of the drosses and of the drops on the automatic welding.

This products does not have silicone and so it permits the superficial successive treatments (painting, galvanizations, chromium-plating) .

PROTECT 700 can be used in closed place (environmetal ecc.) because it is not flammable or toxic.

It can be diluited in water until 1 to 5: for robot welders it is advisable to diluite the product 1:1 in water; for application with a pump it is possible to use the product pure or diluited 1:1

3. DIRECTIONS FOR  USE

Spray with a gun or appling with a brush on  the surface to treat or on the welding guns.
