Function introduction

The DVR has record/camera/playback function, please adjust the desired mode.

            Record mode

    After pressing down POWER button or connecting to car charger, DVR shall access record mode automatically and start recording (Note: Please insert SD/MMC card before use), the recorded files shall be saved to SD card, press record button to stop recording.

    Camera mode

    After power on, press mode button to access camera mode. Press camera button to take pictures.

    Preview mode

    After power on, press mode button twice to access preview mode.

    Press UP/DOWN button to select the files desired to browse, press record button to access the contents, then press record button again to play/pause, the contents are named after “Year/Month/Date”, and the files are named after “DR Hour/Minute/Second”. For example, a file captured at 10:28:08 on Jan. 1^st, 2010, access 2010 content first, then access sub-content of Jan, and select “DR102808” file for playing.

            Delete function

    Under preview mode, press menu button to access delete interface. Select “Delete One”, then press record button to select “Yes”, and then press record button again to delete. Press UP/DOWN button to select “Delete All”, you can choose to delete all files or choose “Format” so as to format SD card

Menu function setup

After power on, press menu button to access setup interface, use UP/DOWN button to select the listed settings, press record button to access the setting interface of the functional parameters, then press UP/DOWN button to select the specific parameters, and press REC button to confirm to exit.

1)          Video size setting: 1280×720/848×480/640×480 pixels. The default pixel is 1280×720.

2)          Sound recording: On/Off

      DVR shall not record when “Off” is selected.

3)          Volume: There are 8 volume levels from 0 to 7 for selection

4)          Infrared lamp: Auto/Off

5)          Motion detection: On/Off

    When “On” is selected, the device shall start recording automatically if picture changes in the front, the recording time depends on the set time. For example: set the recording time to be two minutes, the device shall record for two minutes when it detects the picture changes. It shall stop recording when the picture does not change after two minutes, but it shall continue recording if the picture is changing.

6)          Frame rate：10FPS/20FPS/30FPS。

7)          Video saving time: 2minutes/5minutes/15minutes/Off.

8)          Date stamp: On/Off (The video shall not display time when “Off” is selected.)

9)          Date/Time setting: Year/Month/Date, Hour/Minute/Second

    Press REC button to access, use UP/DOWN button to set the date, and press REC button to access the next setting. Press REC button to exit after setting all.

10)        Language: English/Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese/Portuguese/Japanese/Russian

11)        Frequency setting: 50HZ/60HZ

12)        Default settings: Yes/No (The device shall be restored to initial settings when “Yes” is selected.)

13)        Version number
